Shipping Policy

Top Ten India uses uses various delivery partners like DTDC , Dehlivery XpressBees etc.  Your shipping time frame will vary depending on the method chosen, your location and the product you have purchased. Some larger, heavier items will only be able to have the priority and standard shipping options due to their impractical nature.

The cost of shipping your order is calculated at checkout. You can discover freight costs for purchases of multiple items by simply adding all of the products to your cart, the shipping calculator at checkout will then determine the costs. Due to the nature of some of our oversized or ‘ugly freight’, regions outside of capital cities and islands off the coast of Australia may have slightly higher shipping rates. Xpeed is not currently providing International Shipping.

From time to time we will run ‘Free Shipping’ promotions which will function via the use of coupon codes.

Delivery T&C’s

Goods will be dispatched 2-3 days after payment has been made, considering the order processing time.
And the shipping company will take at least 6-7 working days to complete the order. So kindly order 9-10 days prior to your requirements.

– All items will have a shipping cost unless otherwise stated or are they’re part of a free shipping promotion. The cost of freight varies for each customer depending on their location.

– We do not deliver to PO boxes

– Deliveries will be made from Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm only.

– It is your responsibility to advise us;

– If someone will be available to sign for delivery

– If it can be left in a safe location

– If the address is a business address, as we will need operating hours and the name of the building.

 

– From time to time you may not be home when delivery is attempted, you may be required to pick up your delivery from the freight company’s closest depot. In some instances this may involve a re-delivery fee depending on the size of your order.

– Upon confirmation of dispatch we will email you tracking details which will help give you a rough estimation of delivery time. Occasionally these emails are blocked by your SPAM filter or placed in your junk mail folder.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation can be done till the order has not been dispatched. Please email us mentioning your Order ID. 

The refund will be credited back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction within 7-15 days.

 

 

Exchange Policy

If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email toptenmartialarts.india@gmail.com within two (2) days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number

*Replacement/Return is possible for manufacturing defects only.

How to return an online order?

Write to with order id, products being returned, along with valid tracking id & courier name with which order is being shipped

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
  • Items should be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, deodorant, or wear.
  • Items  should be shipped by a company that offers tracking facilities, and require the recipient to sign upon delivery.
  • The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Top Ten India SPORTS prior to any refund being issued. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.
  • Package should include a copy of your proof of purchase.
  • Items to be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. (Top Ten India is not responsible for packages lost in transit).
  • Due to the nature of apparel, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene and protects the health and safety of our customers. Ten India without adhering to these guidelines,Top Ten India reserves the right to refuse delivery acceptance or to deny refunding the customer.
